1. Delivery areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Some large items, hot tubs, remote locations, islands, Highlands, Northern Ireland or offshore addresses may require different delivery arrangements or additional charges.
If your address requires a special delivery arrangement, we will contact you before dispatch where possible.
2. Delivery costs
Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery charges may vary depending on:

- The size and weight of the order
- The delivery address

- Whether the item is a standard product, large item, hot tub, part, accessory, chemical or specialist item

4. Order processing times
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are usually processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Processing times may vary during busy periods, supplier delays, holidays, promotions or where an item requires special handling.
5. Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery times will depend on the products ordered and the delivery option available.
Standard products, such as chemicals, filters, accessories and spare parts, are usually dispatched using parcel delivery services.
Large items and hot tubs may require specialist delivery arrangements and may take longer.
Any delivery times shown are estimates only unless we have specifically agreed a delivery date with you.
Under UK online selling rules, goods should usually be delivered within 30 days, unless another delivery timeframe has been agreed with the customer.
6. Hot tubs and large item delivery
Hot tubs and large or bulky items may require specialist delivery.
Before delivery, please make sure:
- The delivery address is correct
- There is suitable access for delivery
- Someone is available to receive the delivery
- Any access restrictions are explained to us in advance
- The delivery area is safe and suitable
You must tell us before delivery if there are any access issues, such as narrow paths, steps, steep driveways, restricted parking, low bridges, gates, tight turns or other obstacles.
If delivery cannot be completed because of access issues or incorrect information, additional delivery, redelivery or return charges may apply where permitted by law.
7. Missed or failed deliveries
If a delivery is missed, refused, or cannot be completed because incorrect details were provided, we may need to rearrange delivery.
Additional charges may apply for redelivery, failed delivery, storage or return costs where permitted by law.
This does not apply where the failed delivery was caused by us or our delivery partner.
8. Checking your order on delivery
Please check your order as soon as possible after delivery.
If your order is damaged, incomplete, incorrect or appears to have been opened in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:

- Details of the issue
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of any courier label or delivery note, where possible
9. Delivery damage
If your parcel or item arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it where possible.
For large items or hot tubs, please inspect the item before signing for delivery where practical.
If the item is damaged, please let the delivery driver know and contact us as soon as possible.
We will then investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.
10. Incorrect delivery details
Please make sure your delivery address, email address and phone number are correct before placing your order.
We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
11. Split deliveries
Some orders may arrive in more than one delivery.
This can happen where:
- Items are dispatched from different locations
- Products are large or bulky
- Part of your order is delayed
- Items require different courier services
We will let you know where possible if your order is being split.
12. Delays
We will do our best to keep you updated if your order is delayed.
Delays may happen due to:

13. Collections

Please do not visit to collect an item unless collection has been confirmed in advance.
You may need to bring proof of order and identification when collecting goods.
14. Servicing and repair appointments
Servicing, repairs, call-outs and maintenance appointments are not treated as standard product deliveries.
If you book a service or repair appointment, we will contact you to arrange the date, time and any access requirements.
Parts required for servicing or repairs may be subject to separate availability and delivery times.
15. International delivery
We do not currently offer international delivery through the website unless specifically agreed in advance.
If international delivery is available for a particular order, delivery costs, timescales and any customs requirements will be confirmed before dispatch.
